General Project Screenshot/Video Thread

Huh, someone other than me using that Sonic Adventure life icon XD Anyways It doesn't look bad, but as MarkeyJester said, the monitor somehow doesn't look as good in the screen than it does on it's own.

 

Maybe it's the Pallete in the Background? I dunno... Now that you mention it it does look a bit off onstage. Maybe cuz there is two Eggman Monitors on top of eachother that looks funny? XP

 

The monitor screen is quite round (like almost an oval) and the new images used for the items don't seem to help much either.

 

As said before, the monitors look ok alone but in game from that screenshot it just looks off to me.

My first sonic hack so don't expect miracles (it's just a layout hack atm). I have loads of idea's but I don't have the technical knowledge

forgot to mention I've only done the first 2 acts I don't know how you guys get through them so quickly it takes me ages >.<

 

So I got bored, thought "Why isn't there any bloody violence in Sonic?" and draw some random thing out of my mind (Took me about 5 minutes for everything. Not sure if I really do it, though):

There's something about that gory concept there that intrugies me. I think you should go with it by all means, would be interesting to see and amusing to play =P

 

Are you going to expand on this idea? Or is it just simply a minor graphical change that just cuts off Sonic's head? Don't get me wrong, it's awesome to see blood in Sonic, but besides that fact is there any particular purpose for it?

Lol, its a nice idea but its kinda wierd how it just suddenly appears out of nowhere with no sea.
But cool non the less.

 

Pretty sure that the point of that there is to show what Dude has managed to, and not a potential new design layout. What he's managed to is get Speed Highway to load Emerald Coast's object list, unless I've not been following properly and he's taken it a step further and has actually ported the object.
